1. Return Conditions
- If the product has quality issues or doesn't function as promised within 30 days of receipt, you may request a return.
- The returned product must be in its original packaging and unused condition.
- Returns for opened, used, or personal reason-based requests (such as changing your mind) will not be accepted.
2. Refund Process
Once the returned product is inspected at our warehouse, we will issue a refund via the original payment method. Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days.
3. How to Request a Return

4. Shipping Costs
If the return is due to a product quality issue, we will cover the return shipping costs. If the return is for personal reasons (e.g., change of mind), the return shipping costs will be borne by the customer.
5. Exceptions
Our return policy does not apply in the following cases:
- The product has been used and cannot be resold.
- The return request is made after 30 days from the date of purchase.
